“Josh and his team responded same day to what turned out to be a collapsed sewer line under the basement floor in our Ironwood, Michigan house. They diagnosed the problem late in the afternoon and returned the next morning to jackhammer through the concrete and replace the section of pipe that was the problem. Josh was communicative, friendly, and reasonable. He did everything he said he would do, had a friendly and helpful crew, and came in under budget to boot. I'd highly recommend J&J for any water or septic work. Couldn't have asked for better service or communication. And they left the basement spotless! Great crew!”

“I called about a quick plowing 30-45 seconds from the street they said sorry if we are not current customers, because they could get stuck? Lying doesn't get Future business honesty does just say no or you don't have time on business 2 to push a small pile on the edge of the road. I can do it with my vehicle but don't want to damage my vehicles plastic bumpers. Definitely don't recommend this company”
